How to calculate percentages

: To get +20% of $10: 10 + 20%

: To find the price of a $10 item with a 25% discount: 10 - 25%

: To get 40% of $30: 30 × 40%

: To find the retail price when an item is $3 under a 30% discount: 3 ÷ 30%
